MOONToon Games has announced that Mobile Legends: Bang x Bang’s (MLBB) and Naruto crossover event will start on May 2, 2025. It also revealed more details for its free-to-play MOBA’s upcoming collab, which will feature exclusive hero skins, a limited-time map, a themed game interface, and more.
Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, and Gaara will be exclusive hero skins for the characters Lukas, Suyou, Kalea, Hayabusa, and Vale, respectively. Players can claim Gaara’s hero skin for free by participating in the MLBB event while the rest of the characters can be obtained at a draw event for a limited time. Each skin will also come with cosmetic items like chat bubbles, sacred statues, battle emotes, and more, which are inspired by the relevant character.
Gamakichi, Naruto’s toad summon, will appear as a Common Sacred Statue, one of the two new item types that the event is introducing. While Sacred Statues can only be used by certain characters, Common Sacred Statues, such as Gamachiki, can be used by everyone.
The other new item is the Loading Effect, which replaces the background of both teams before the match starts and will be available via the draw event. Naruto and Sasuke will each get a Loading Effect. Meanwhile, the Naruto collaboration’s limited-time map will feature themed elements like Ichiraku Ramen (which can be found in the side lane) and Madara Uchiha (filling in for Elemental Lord).
Players can also take part in the MLBB Ninjutsu Academy, which offers exclusive achievements, battle emotes, and Ninjutsu Skill Scrolls for completing tasks like sharing the event. The Scrolls can be used to join a “sure-win” draw with rewards including an iPhone 16 Pro and hero skins.
The MLBB and Naruto crossover event was first announced on March 24, 2025. Previous anime collabs include a Saint Seiya crossover event in October 2022, a Jujutsu Kaisen crossover event in February 2023, Attack on Titan in January 2024, and Hunter x Hunter in January 2025.
